Lindsey Fandozzi is an experienced educator and strategic sourcing expert, serving as Adjunct Professor at Burlington County Communicty College while leading strategic souring initiatives for an elite roster of mid-sized and Fortune 500 clients in her role at Source One. Fandozzi will call on her experience in both industries as she offers IMA attendees real-world insight into the how spend analyses can affect an organization’s bottom line while educating the IMA members on the processes, methods, and practices that they can employ within their own companies to enhance the results of their spend analyses.
“Understanding the principles of an organization-wide spend analysis is imperative in today’s business world,” says Fandozzi. “Many companies out there today are routinely performing spend analyses, but not receiving the full benefit of their potential.
