Source One and ISM's Event for Procurement Leaders Has Found Its Moderator
Willow Grove, PA (February 12, 2019) – Source One, the leading provider of Procurement and Spend Management services, has announced that Jan Griffiths will serve as the moderator for this year’s ExecIn Forum at the Institute for Supply Management (ISM)’s Annual Conference. Griffiths is the Founder and President of Gravitas Detroit and has delivered keynote presentations to groups including Original Equipment Supplier Association (OESA) and Women in Manufacturing (WiM).
Prior to establishing Gravitas Detroit, Griffiths occupied a number of prominent roles in the automotive sector. In 2015, she was named one of Automotive News’ 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry. Over more than three decades, Griffiths developed a reputation for sourcing excellence and a passion for empowering emerging professionals. This passion inspired Gravitas Detroit’s founding and continues to guide Griffiths in her efforts to mold a new generation of leaders.
“Change is often a scary idea,” says Griffiths, “but it’s an inescapable part of life in today’s evolving, tech-enabled business world. I’m eager to hear from ExecIn’s attendees and learn what excites (and scares) them about changes to their supply chains. My hope is that they’ll open up, discuss their pain points, and commit to elevating the role of Procurement and its people.”
This year’s ExecIn agenda is tailored to meet the evolving demands and expectations of today’s Supply Management leaders. Over two days of sessions, the sub-conference will see peers and competitors discuss the ways they’ve adapted to address issues like the skills gap and trade uncertainty.
In addition to thought leaders and innovators from across Supply Management, Griffiths will share the stage at ExecIn with ISM2019’s keynote speakers: former Hewlett Packard CEO, Carly Fiorina and former Federal Reserve Chair, Janet Yellen.
The registration period for ISM2019 has begun. Procurement and Supply Chain executives from qualifying organizations are encouraged to contact Carole Boyle (email@example.com) to express their interest in ExecIn.
