Source One's Marketing and HR Procurement Specialists Recognized as Supply Chain Rising Stars
Willow Grove, PA (February 27, 2019) – Source One Consultants Kaitlyn Krigbaum and Elizabeth Skipor have earned a pair of spots on the Institute for Supply Management (ISM)’s 30 Under 30 list for 2019. Released annually, the list recognizes the practitioners and consultants who are redefining Procurement excellence. Krigbaum and Skipor are joined by professionals from a range of industry-leading organizations including Starbucks, GlaxoSmithKline, Google, and The Boeing Company.
Inclusion on ISM’s list is among Procurement and Supply Management’s most coveted honors. Limited to professionals aged 30 or younger, it showcases the emerging leaders who have made an uncommonly quick impact on both their organizations and their industries. Their efforts provide a sense of where Supply Management is headed and an example for other young professionals. The selection committee places a particular emphasis on applicants who have proposed creative solutions to common problems, developed well-rounded skill sets, and served their peers as mentors.
Both of Source One’s winners are recognized for their ability to elevate Procurement’s role and make the function a strategic partner in areas that are often considered off-limits.
For Skipor, this has meant taking a leading role in Source One’s Marketing Procurement practice. Leveraging cross-category expertise, she has excelled at bringing the two business units together as partners. Joseph Payne, Source One’s VP of Professional Services elaborates, “Historically, Marketing and Procurement are not quick to engage one another. Speaking totally different languages, they treat each other as adversaries more often than allies. Elizabeth’s work as an advocate for Procurement has empowered a number of our clients to start getting more from their Marketing budgets.”
Krigbaum has distinguished herself as the driving force behind Source One’s Human Resources service offering. “Kaitlyn’s experience as a recruiter and unique skill set equip her to optimize our clients’ approach to Procurement’s people,” says Payne. “Regardless of their industry, organizations can count on her to ensure they’re making smart investments and preparing their teams for success.”
ISM will formally recognize Krigbaum, Skipor, and the rest of the 30 Under 30 winners at its Annual Conference in Houston this April. In addition to collecting awards, the Source One team returns to the conference as exhibitors, sponsors, and the exclusive hosts of the ExecIn Forum. All attendees are encouraged to visit Booth #438 to learn more about Source One’s consultants have distinguished themselves as rising stars.
